Bogdan commenced in the industry project managing large multifaceted social housing contracts adding quantity surveying attributes. He was promoted up to divisional management.
The attitude of caring for people runs through the company ethos assisting staff with training and taking on corporate responsibility.
He is passionate about Health & Safety and drives this throughout the company`s culture.
Victor Salciuc
Victor started at Gateville six years ago in a Quantity Surveyor capacity and then a Commercial Manager position.
With a background in sales, buying and procurement and an excellent understanding of all commercial aspects Victor has continuously worked towards Gateville Group’s profitable expansion and growth whilst preserving and retaining existing clients and contracts.
David Barnes
David has 40 years of experience in the building industry. Surveyor based moved into management and majored in partnering in the social housing sector.
